The following services can be added to your pet’s spay or neuter appointment if requested. Only the pre-op blood work for dogs and cats age 7 years and above is required.
DOG Additional Services:
- Rabies Vaccine: $10
- Rabies Tag: $6 (City of Memphis & Shelby County residents only but excludes Germantown, Collierville, & Bartlett)
- DAPP Vaccine: $10 (Protects against Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus)
- Leptospirosis Vaccine: $20 (Protects against all 4 virulent Leptospira serovars, can only be added alongside DAPP vaccine)
- Bordatella Vaccine: $15 (Protects against Kennel cough)
- Heartworm Test: $15 (dog must be at least 6 months old)
- With heartworm test, our clinic also offers both Proheart 12 and oral heartworm preventative for purchase. Pricing is dependent on dog’s weight. We will also approve up to one year of preventative from any online pharmacy as long as the request is made within 30 days of test.
- Pre-Op Blood Work: $35 (REQUIRED & ONLY for pets age 7 years + and is required for 7+ years old)
- Blood Work: $65 (for pets under 7 years old whose owner would like a blood work performed while they are under anesthesia)
- Deworming: $5
- Flea Preventative: $5 (Vectra 3D, lasts for one month)
- Microchip: $20
- Post-Op Sedative: $5 (Trazodone, 5 day supply to keep pet calm while recovering)
CAT Additional Services:
- Rabies Vaccine: $10
- Microchip: $20
- FVRCCP Vaccine: $10 (Protects against Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia, and Chlamydia)
- FVRCCP + Feline Leukemia Vaccine: $30 (Protects against Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia, Chlamydia and Feline Leukemia) Testing for FeLV is highly recommended.
- FeLV/FIV Snap Test: $20
- Heartworm Test: $15 (cat must be at least 6 months old)
- With heartworm test, our clinic offers oral heartworm preventative for purchase. Pricing is dependent on cat’s weight. We will also approve up to one year of preventative from any online pharmacy as long as the request is made within 30 days of the test.

- Flea Preventative/Deworming Combo: $5 (Selamectin/Revolt, lasts one month)
- Deworming only: $5
- E-collar: $5
- Cardboard Cat Carriers: $5 (cats must be in separate carriers)
