Wellness Services

To keep pets healthy and help them live longer lives, we are now offering affordable core services that can be scheduled without a spay or neuter surgery.

♦ Appointments can only be scheduled online and open only 30 days in advance.

♦ Services must be prepaid when scheduling.

♦ Each pet must be scheduled separately.

♦ If a service is not listed below or in the online scheduler, it is not being offered.

♦ When scheduling, you can choose services by packages or individually by each service. Packages are set up for puppies and kittens by age/vaccine round and by adult dog or cat. These packages include all recommended services by age. Packages cannot be edited but individual services can be chosen instead if you wish to do so.

♦ These services are for healthy pets only. If you pet is ill or injured, please visit your full service veterinary clinic.

♦ Spay Memphis reserves the right to refuse service for your pet if they are unable to be handled safely due to aggression, anxiety, etc. If you pet falls into one of these categories, we do have medication options for them to have a fear free visit, please email info@spaymemphis.org to inquire.

♦ Arriving more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time may result in forfeiture of your appointment.

♦ If your pet is pregnant or nursing, please let us know by email at info@spaymemphis.org as many services cannot be performed on pregnant or nursing pets.

Spay Memphis no longer sees pets for wellness only services if they are unaltered (not spayed or neutered) unless one of the following apply:

  • They have an upcoming spay/neuter appointment scheduled at our clinic
  • They are under 6 months old
  • Please note: If you schedule a spay/neuter appointment to utilize our wellness services and cancel the spay/neuter appointment, you WILL NOT have your deposit refunded or be allowed to use our clinic’s wellness only services again.
  • Cancelling or not showing to a spay/neuter appointment will result in no longer being able to utilize our wellness services for that pet until they are spayed/neutered.
  • If you do not plan on having your pet spayed/neutered, please do not utilize our wellness services.

*** For a limited time, thanks to Petco Love, we are offering Feline 1-HCP (FVRCP) vaccine for FREE! Just add the service when scheduling the appointment. We are currently out of the free DAPP vaccine.

Appointments scheduled for only flea prevention and/or deworming will not be approved, as both of those services are available over the counter at any pet store.
